After checking out by selecting bank transfer as a payment method, your payment can be transferred to any of the bank accounts of PT. MAP ECom Adiperkasa, within 72 hours since placing the order:

Then you have to make a payment confirmation via “My Account” after payment has been transferred. Payment verification will be performed by MAP EMALL team within 1 working day.

Unfortunately we haven't provided a payment method with credit card installments.
Your order will be cancelled automatically by the system if we do not receive payment confirmation in 72 hours since you place your order. Please be aware of this time limit when placing orders. If you have already made the payment, then we will give you a refund in the form of an eVoucher/store credit, which can be used on your next purchase at MAP EMALL.com. We will send the details of policy and Terms and Conditions on how to use the eVouchers to you by email. Please read it Terms and Conditions carefully.
Unfortunately we are not able to give refund in a form of cash. Refund can only be in the form of Store Credit, that you could use on your next purchase, or by Bank Transfer payment and Credit Card Reversal, based on the payment method that you used at the time of transaction. Refund for Cash On Delivery payment method, will be made via Bank Transfer payment.

A Refund Credit is issued by MAP EMALL.com and can be used to pay for any purchases from the website.
The currency of refund credit is IDR.
Yes, if your refund credit balance are insufficient to purchase your chosen item/s, you can complete the payment by making up the difference with another payment method.
Unfortunately, refund credits are not valid indefinitely and will expire 3 (three) months from the date issued. Any addition to the credit balance will prolong your credit validity for the next year, started from the date of the addition.

An Air Waybill or AWB is an important document containing the Receipt Number issued by the shipping courier service when the products are ready to be shipped, and serves as proof of delivery
The AWB details are emailed to you once the products are shipped via our approved courier service.

Yes, MAP EMALL.com will accept exchanges, if: ● The requested product is available ● The products were NOT purchased at a 50% or more discount ● The returned products have not been used and are still in its original condition ● The box/packaging is still in its original condition ● The products are returned within 30 days of date delivered Please contact our customer services via email at email@example.com or (021) 8064 8000 within thirty (30) days of delivery date to confirm the availability of a replacement. We cannot process exchanges after this specified time limit.
Yes, we will perform a reimbursement of the delivery fee, once you are able to email us the proof of payment for the delivery. Please note that maximum reimbursement of delivery fee is Rp. 40.000,-.
